Professional Counselling Grounded in NHS Experience
Before moving into private practice, I worked within NHS mental health services, supporting adults through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. That experience shaped my belief that therapy should be flexible, person-centred, and rooted in real understanding - not just textbook answers.
My approach is personalised because I know everyone’s story is different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all in healing. Your individuality isn't just welcome here, it's central. As a pluralistic therapist, I shape our work to suit you. That might include trauma-informed support, evidence-based tools like CBT, or simply space to reflect with someone empathetic and culturally aware.
With flexible options including online sessions, therapy can fit into your life in a way that feels manageable. Wherever you’re starting from, this is a space to feel supported and begin moving forward. During your initial assessment session, we will discuss the best therapeutic methods to suit your needs. Together we can develop a holistic treatment plan that's shaped to your life experiences and goals. No two treatment plans are the same. Your way forward is unique to you.

A Space to Make Sense of What You’re Carrying
Maybe you're carrying more than you let on. Maybe things feel fine on the outside, but underneath, something’s not sitting right. Psychotherapeutic counselling offers space to explore that - not to fix you, but to walk with you while you make sense of it. It’s a place to bring the stuff that doesn’t always have a name, to notice patterns you’re tired of repeating, and to start untangling it all. However things show up for you, we’ll work with care, at your pace, using whatever approach helps you feel more connected, more steady, more like you.
