Student Counselling

Student life comes with challenges. Balancing coursework, expectations, and everything in between can feel seriously overwhelming. If you're struggling to keep up or just need someone to talk to, counselling can provide the support and strategies to help you feel more in control.

Student Life Has Its Challenges.
You Don
t Have to Face Them Alone.

Balancing essays, friendships, deadlines, and everything else can be overwhelming. It’s easy to push through and tell yourself to "just deal with it," but sometimes you need a space to talk things through without pressure, judgment, or expectations.

I offer counselling tailored for students, where you can explore what’s going on in your life at your own pace. Whether you're feeling lost, dealing with stress, or just need help making sense of things, I'm here to support you.

How Can Student Counselling Help Me?

Counselling is simply a space where you can talk about what’s on your mind whether that’s stress, uncertainty, emotions you don’t fully understand, or just the pressure of balancing everything. It’s not about being told what to do or being given a list of solutions. It’s about being listened to, understood, believed... and figuring out what feels right for you.

There’s no expectation to have things “bad enough” to need help. If something is bothering you, that’s enough reason to talk about it. Counselling can help you process what’s weighing you down, and feel a little lighter moving forward.

Manage Academic Stress Without Burning Out

Deadlines hit fast - essays stacking up, coursework draining your energy, group projects turning into a mess, and revision demanding more hours than you have. It’s easy to push through and tell yourself you’ll deal with the stress later, but when it starts messing with your focus, mood, and even sleep, it’s harder to ignore.

The pressure to keep up and somehow balance everything can leave you mentally drained and constantly overthinking things. Counselling gives you space to step back from the chaos, work through the stress without guilt, and figure out ways to manage it that don’t leave you running on empty.
