Student Counselling

Student life can be overwhelming, but support is available when you need it. Whether you're struggling with stress, anxiety, or the pressure of deadlines, counselling provides a space to talk things through without judgment or expectations.

It's a safe space for you to explore what’s going on at your own pace, build coping strategies, and find ways to manage challenges in a way that works for you.

Neurodivergent Counselling

Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed or self-identified as Autistic or ADHD, it can take time to process what this means for you. Counselling provides the opportunity to make sense of your past through a new lens.

Everyone’s journey is different. Some feel relief in finally having answers, while others experience frustration, grief, or a sense of missed support. This process is deeply personal, and therapy honours that, giving you the space to explore your thoughts and emotions without pressure. Through this work, you can develop self-compassion and uncover your strengths that help you shape life on your terms.

Genuine Testimonials

Thank you for listening, being supportive and helping me work through a tough time I was having and helping me make sense of things and coming to conclusions. It was good to be able to talk through, you helped me pick apart why things weren't working for me perhaps because of my ADHD brain, and helped me see my strengths.
