“The curious paradox is when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
- Carl Rogers

About Me

I began working in mental health in 2012, supporting people from different backgrounds, identities, and neurotypes. Those early experiences shaped my understanding that life is rarely straightforward, and that seeking help is a completely natural part of being human.
After qualifying as a counsellor, I continued through ongoing training and research. My work - and my own lived experience - highlighted how important it is to have the right support that really fits you as a person. Coaching developed naturally from this, allowing me to bring together emotional insight with practical, forward‑focused support.

Aside from my private practice, I also work with Thriving Autistic, providing therapy for adults following their diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD.

What guides my practice
Compassion, empathy and advocacy have always been central to my work. Before becoming a counsellor, I worked with UNISON to improve accessibility for disabled individuals across the UK. That experience strengthened my commitment to ensuring people feel understood, included and supported in ways that genuinely meet their needs.

How I work
There's no one way to navigate challenges, and no one approach that works for everyone. I shape my work to each person, helping them understand what supports them and what gets in the way. My aim is to help people feel more in control of their lives, recognise their strengths, and move forward with greater clarity.
